i can only draw random stuff i thin up and sometimes whatever my hand wants to draw

just a thought to try if you ever want to
quick short lines make a good sketch
you can then go back an redo the lines so they aren't as messy and you can end up with smoother lines
just a tip
take it r leave it
also note it doesn't work for everyone
some people just can't get use to it or just can't do it right

anyways
i love the eye's the most in this
they stand out the most and are very well done

Neko... I was exacally the same I could only Copy styles and then I got my own, next time your looking at a drawing, change it slightly so it still looks like the character still but its more your drawing, and continue doing that and you'll improve tones

what ya outta do is get some clothes inspiration. 'cause, if you look, anime n manga is stuffed w/ the same poses, expressions, etc, with a few different clothes.
