Aristocrats isn't a joke, per se. It's an exercise for comedians. They take the basis, a family doing an audition, then the comedian stretches it out, adding and changing things in it. The only thing the same you should hear from two different comedians when telling that joke is the setup and the closer.
Penn and Teller did a movie about the joke and I'm off to order it from Amazon.
