Characters you want to see, but probably will never show up

Postby Christerray » Sun Oct 03, 2004 10:02 pm

Man, just reading this comic gives me dreams of what COULD happen if it continues on for years. Soo many succsesful webcomics have gone on for at least 10 years, and this one, too, could continue that long.

But with that longevity, there'd have to be many more character introductions, and side stories.

Who do you want to see added? (There has probably already been a post like this, but I hope not :-/ I wanna be original!)

My ideas:

1) Johnny the Homicidal Maniac - Okay, we have Dib, Gaz, and Zim in the spotlight. Dee Dee is apparently dead. This is not a fluffy puff comic, and really delves into violence and death. So why not throw in, as a side story, a bad guy that is the posterchild of violence and death? It's be nice to see the guy again, too, since his last comic was in 1998. Ooh, and Lenore along with Gaz. Hehe.

2) Sonic the Hedgehog and co. - With the success of Sonic Adventure on the Dreamcast, and such a large fanbase, who wouldn't mind seeing them punked-out speed king for a short while?

3) Teen Titans - Could rival the power puff girls.

4) For some reason, I also want to see Star Fox...even though it probably would not work at all. Meh, whatever! :D

5) Link, man. Link. He's a rad super hero.

Well, eh, my choices are from video games, mostly, so I doubt they'd be used...but i'd still love to see 'em! What do you guys think? Who do you want to see?

Try maybe, just maybe, Nickalodeon and Cartoon Network toons ONLY. You need to put a line to what it's at.

Oh, and Gir is already IN it. The bright white girl is playing with him while he's in his costume. You need to read the comics more.,

I'm not much in to most comics. I would be if I had the time, but I normally stick to Penny Arcade, TCS, JTHM, and old Superman and Batman. I just looked at Bleedman's last 2 and I like them so I'll probably be looking more at them.

Mega Man Zero.

and "Soo many succsesful webcomics have gone on for at least 10 years" Wow what are YOU reading? The longest running webcomic I read is Penny-Arcade and they're at a mere 5 years of webcomicing. And as far as I can tell they were amongst the original pioneers of the genre.

oof, 10 years IS a little much. Okay, so the comic I was thinking of was "Jack", but yeah, that's only been going since 1998...

I overshot the date, sue me :(

:D Still, PPGJ could go for a long time. Don't hurt me ;.;

besides, it doesn't matter where the character you imagine come from...like I said, they probably won't be used, so no sense in not imagining.

There's something just wrong about a show where the catchphrase is "LET IT RIP!"

Gannondorf.

I know there isn't any reason to put him in, but he's just waay too badass not to be mentioned (in here, at least).

That is a very suggestive catchphrase. :vomit:

I hate Beyblade.
Journey with me and let my wings unfurl

Pete : It's four in the fucking morning!
Shaun : It's Saturday!
Pete : No, it's not. It's fucking Sunday. And I've got to go to fucking work in four fucking hours 'cos every other fucker in my fucking department is fucking ill! Now can you see why I'm SO FUCKING ANGRY?
Ed : Fuck, yeah!("Shaun of the Dead")

All the nick and CN characters mean a quite large cast and to varying degrees they all have pretty crazy abilites, Edd from ed, edd and eddy can warp reality(From the episode well everything went mental) and in normal episodes he does some pretty mad things, its a good thing hes stupid. JTHM was in the nightmare epsiode of invader zim(apparently I have yet to catch him) so he has been on nick, and what about the kids form shalin showdown?

I know a few characters, but I was planning on using them & my 3 main fan characters for a PPG Doujin OAV I was planning to make during the time of the Girls & the other heroes of the main PPG-D:

PPG Characters (who haven't shown up yet):
Fuzzy Lumpkins
Princess*
Gangreen Gang
Sedusa*

CN Characters:
Shirly the Medium
Cree Lincoln
Chad (aka Numbah 274)
Father
Delightful Children*
Coop
Kiva
Jamie
Red Guy*
IR Baboon*
Aku

Nick Characters:
Vicky
Brad
Vlad*
Trixie
Veronica*

*Might have smaller part or cameos

Anyway, I'll think of more perhaps later. Anyway, I wish I could see some of them as cameos as well.

Since you guys are speaking of Nick characters. How about.
Danger Mouse (mouse, duh)
Penfold (hamster or hedgehog)
Siles Greenback (Bull Frog)
The girl with three eyes (old 80's show)

Old school mode: off

Cool! Thanks for the inspiration, Ranmah! It just makes me feel that Count Duckula, the butler Igor, and Nanny should appear as well. ^_^
