Welcome to the forum! Even if you are new you are still judged by your 'previous works'. I'm fairly experienced and can tell what a person's level is by their drawings, and how much effort they put into something, etc. even if I can't see a gallery of their previous stuff. So no worries! Your piece will only be exhibition if it violates the rules (has no Snafu chars or is late) or if you choose it be exhibition.

Having your piece being smaller than the scanner bed size is the *best* way to scan something, but you can always scan it in pieces and fit it together in photoshop.

Here is my finished entry. I'm sorry if it's too big.
