As you may have noticed I want to know what you think about lighting. The small version is today's comic and there is also a larger version here:

So if you could tell me what you think which one you like and blah blah blah. Thanks. Just for a small reference the first one is as basic of a picture as I have without any lighting the second is the one I went with in the wallpaper and the rest was me dicking off. So yeah input people.

Somewhere between first Rock Lee and second Rock Lee. Naruto characters are best done very lightly shaded, but the shading does add depth, so just a bit less shading than image #2

not so much naruto characters as in general Sucros. This is for me to make better comics/wallpapers

Ah. Then I prefer the second one, overall.
But it does depend on what your drawing. Naruto characters should be done bright, whereas say, batman, or another brooding type would look great in the second to last shading.

I is a bit too dark on the left half, but otherwise perfect. Lighten it up to 1/10-1/4 of the brightness of B, and I think it'll be WAY better. (It shouldn't be THAT black, especially with that background.)

I like "I" and "A." Maybe a combination of the two would be perfect....

On the last one (I), though it looks great, I think the shading appears sort of messy, and a bit too dark. But I still love the way it shapes the body.

"A" is like an exact opposite of "I", sort of like, good guy/bad guy shades. "A" looks good, but it also looks WAY more cartoonish than "I" would.

Oh Hi Nicho welcome welcome.

K a few questions does anyone like the 3D feel to C? How about if I have that 3D feel with some highlights and more shading but still puffy?

Then on E and F does anyone like that beveled look at all?

I'm not saying I even close to like those 3 at all but I just want you to realise I can mix and match attributes you like and maybe make better options.

I like A, I, and B. A is great for cartoony-ish stuff, but nicer shading/blending is more in B+I.

I liked A and I also, but the head on all of them is odd, because its heavily shadded, and it makes the chin look really dark.
