This might be kind of an uncommon question, but when you draw the fighting stances of the characters how accurate do you try to make it? Do you look up a bunch stuff of people who know these fighting style and how they stand and try to get something of yours to look as close to it as you possibly make it? I assume you do since the whole point of these last two is the characters based off of fighting styles.

I don't know much about fighting styles outside of Tae Kwon Do and even that isn't a whole lot, so I'm just asking out of curiosity.

I do a little study on the poses and techniques before I draw them up, yes.

Nice work. It is impressive how you always go for complex poses. But I feel the breast and genital region may be a little too... Well defined. Anyway great character designs.

Wait? Did you just ignore my opinion, forget to thank me or just missed it?

Anyways I think Ari-6 was that you defined wasn't bad, it was good, but you put it in an uncomfortable spot. Even though we're all guys here, I don't think it's appropriate to put that much detail into the genital area is what I assume Ari-6 is trying to say.
Anyone want ta take look at my own comic?

I didn't ignore your post, your post was directed to someone named Odin and not me.

It's not like I spend four hours on two specific spots and only five minutes on the rest of the body, it's the other way around actually.
If someone's going to get offended over two spots that I spent little time on and ignore the rest of the details, like the pose and the blurring perspective on her foot, tough, I'm not going to start slaking off on my work because someone gets offended.

Where was this fuss in my past work?

Orin, I think the problem is certain parts of her body are... accentuated.

Guys, the reason certain parts of her bad are "defined" or "accentuated" is because of her motion, her actions that's affecting the way her body's looking. I mean, look at what she's doing: she's doing dance moves that are making her body move in different shapes.

Now, with all that aside, very well done Orin!

Okay, so I made a mistake with your name. I assume you know who I was referring to... Unless there's another person who goes by the name Orin.

And I have no idea where this attitude of your's is coming Orin? By the sounds of it, you're upset? Why? And Ari-6 is just trying to give feedback. He said nice work and it's impressive and so on? Shouldn't you be a little more easy on him considering he's giving advice I think can help? Couldn't you at least thank him for that at least?

And how is asking a non rhetorical question and defending my work giving someone attitude?

And sorry for not saying thanks, I didn't think not saying it all the time would have made such a big fuss so:
Thank you Ari, Kurosai and Freak for your critiques on the two spots.
And thank you Randori for noticing the whole pic.

I'll try to fit in the rest of the summer pics, I'll also block out the two spots that would otherwise fall prey under my "defined" or "accentuated" details so no one will get offended here.

Still a great job, though! She's looking very foxy!

It isn't.

It shouldn't.

Stop. He isn't. Might be now.

This is where I stand with it, which I think you did a good job on it Orin.

Sadly, I think the humor in the current update went over my head.

Ah, I see.

I do offer one thing though on it. The fact that you can see the eye from under the hair is a bit odd.

Great work. Again, you really seem to have poses covered. Please do not censor your work on m account, I am sorry if I offended you, that was not my intention.

Yes, I tried to cover the whole eye entirely, but it just made the visible eye look a little off, as if she's trying to look to her left.

I don't really know either, but I can make a few guesses. I think he's saying that he's gonna' wait until everything quiets down.

Anyways, great work as always Orin. I really dig your hold on perspective. I don't see a problem with your previous works. Though that newest one, the bars seem a bit funny, but I think that may have been what you're going for. If it was just to censor it, without making it evident, to prove a point, it works well. If not, they could probably be sized down a bit.

Still, as I said, great work. Smooth shading, nice colors, lines are crisp.

Doesn't Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (I think I spelled that right) involve grapples? I might be wrong, but it was just an idea.

It is a grappling discipline, yes, I also have some grappling styles in mind, I just need to design characters around them.
