I will never forgive them for shutting down lucasarts.

That is until I found out the next star wars battlefront game is being developed by dice.

I have not enjoyed any of these recent "fairytale" films. I think that the grimm fairytales are an excellent source material for modern day works providing they can be done justice. I feel all of these fairytale movies are trying to be "that other movie" only using the title of a fairytale everyone remembers.

He is right. I only know that because I just finished rewatching Black Lagoon. Without a doubt my favourite storyline.

@ Tony: To admit, they had some good moments in that and a couple fun characters. There are memes from it for a reason.

And the only other studio to do those old fairy tales well was Shrek. They didn't need to be the focus, and the humor they could get out of them was done nicely.

Another old tale that'd be interesting to see redone? The Pardoner's Tale. Looking at this video, it's quite easy to give some of these characters wonderful... well... character.

So who's excited for the upcoming Rayman Legends? Anyone?

Edit: Or you know, you guys could disregard this comment and post something else.

Forgive me for asking but, is Rayman made by naughty dog?

You could have just looked that up yourself.
But no, Rayman was developed by Ubisoft.

That's an odd question if I ever heard one. Naughty Dog making a game that isn't PlayStation exclusives.

I'm sure their handlers will want a word with them.

I was not aware it was not a PS exclusive game. I thought I could remember a platformer game like Rayman available when I was a child. Maybe I am thinking of Crash bandicoot. I do not play very many games but naughty dog is my favourite company.

Rayman is made by Ubisoft. Rayman is a multi platform game, I was being facetious. Naughty Dog are Sony owned.

Now time for something completely different.

He had a tall tankard in front of him, and was smoking a long-stemmed pipe curiously carved. His legs were stretched out before him, showing high boots of supple leather that fitted him well, but had seen much wear and were now caked with mud. A travel-stained cloak of heavy dark-green cloth was drawn close about him, and in spite of the heat of the room he wore a hood that overshadowed his face; but the gleam of his eyes could be seen as he watched the hobbits."
