If no one minds me running in here and being honest, I do love where you've put the lines, the skin colour, oh and the shade is wonderful (Just see the way it shapes around the shoulder and boobs), that lower half (Yes I'm staring down there! But more for appreciation rather than naughty business!... Okay sort of both  ) and let alone that eye. In general it is one heck of a sexy drawing.

But I have to back Randori on this and say that even though you've tried to do the Anime trick of concealing it with her fringe, it's not convincing. For one, the eye you can see is long, width wise and there's no shade over the hidden eye to make it seem as if it's even hidden by the sun.
I should also probably shouldn't be talking about this as I'm just as bad with it as anyone here, but proportions! The arms and head is extremely small to the rest of the body that it's freakish... to me anyways. Apologies if I'm being harsh, but I'm just wanting to highlight my point.
Also this is just nitpicking, so feel free to find out where I live and hit me with a shovel, but your character doesn't look as if she has a chest. You sort of have, but it's not satisfactory to imagine a rib cage in there. more like it's an expansion of her stomach.

Hope you appreciated this anyways, in an effort to improve your art or just comment in general and to just try to improve my own art.
Anyone want ta take look at my own comic?

The art's quite modest, but I'm told the story's fun.

The opening page (or cover) for the third chapter of Shinbai's Board

Either wait for me to post it here in Shinbai's Board
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=55082

Or go to my account on fictionpress and read it there

And now for the picture!

Someone told me that he was Kawaii but I'm not a hundred percent on what that means

If you include color and shading on this one, the eye trick might work. Bleed's drawing of Red in the new forum banner is a good example of the eye trick.

That's all well and good but how do you explain the picture of skull boy that also lacks an eye but has no extra shading over that area?

Also I colored that picture a while ago, I've been doing everything in my power to avoid getting back to writing the next chapter of the story.

OH YEAH! Almost forgot about the colored

Nobody's perfect, everybody makes mistakes, etc.

Believe me, that's very, very true (for some of us, anyway).

Well at least I'm half good at art, I guess that's something to be a little proud of right?

Don't say that, I'm not really good and it took me four years to get this far
Well I will admit that I've improved just a little from my earlier years

I say it because I'm at the quality that you were four years ago. I haven't worked on it because I have more skill with a pen than a brush, you know?

Your art looks pretty awesome, clean lines, soft shading. Very nice. Keep up the good work.

I'll take the order as just kidding.
But yes, Kitsune-chan looks like a girl, with those huge eye lashes, headband and smile. Plus being that feminism still exists, someone holding a frying pan is often associated with a girl (Apologies to all feminists who are now coming to kick my ass).

Dead Rising has taught me to fear frying pans.

Well that chapter centered around cooking and Kitsune happens to be a very good cook so the cover page acted as a slight insight into that.

I really like your sketches, they show a lot of detail and style. Though a lot of people say that about sketching over finished works, just because you can really do a lot with just a pen / pencil and paper. The details really show.

Nice work.

It's a full-size drawing of Hiroko's avitar!
And damn, it's very well drawn... and hot.

Hiroko? No this is just Kitsune, he's a character from my story Shinbai's Board
http://www.fictionpress.com/s/3068406/1/Shinbai-s-Board

And there's nothing hot about him...though he might be having trouble sleeping due to a fever...I really didn't think about the picture that much

Shit

lol, trap.

Looks good Korikou, still prefer the sketch, but the lines look incredible.

PS. I too have to agree that it reminds me a lot of Hiroko's avatar, which is also a male I believe (I'm aiming this at Exo as well).

I think people always prefer the sketch, there's just something about the roughness that makes it look sooooo good.

Ps. I should meet this Hiroko at some point.
