Morning, Afternoon, or Evening Showers?

Postby Wulfespinndel » Sun Aug 18, 2013 12:25 am

I like evening showers.

It makes me feel nostalgic but it also makes me feel like I'm in a First-Class AAA grade Spa. All of that in conjunction with a wonderful cold shower which could even double as therapy if needed be. It's not my first time doing this obviously, but it makes me ecstatic I could shower like this again because I've done it so often as a child. Had I not done so, I wouldn't have gotten used to winter cold temperatures.

At the moment I have Suave for Men as Shampoo/Conditioner and Body Wash but I'm in the mood right now for other alternatives too. It's embarrassing however that at one point in my life my mom bought me shitty Axe products. Hate that stuff to be honest.

That's digressing from the main question, which is: Morning, Afternoon, or Evening showers? Excuse me while I catch up with SAO.

I like showering in the evening and having that clean feeling before I go to bed.

Morning showers are great if I need to wake up in the morning for something.

Afternoon showers happen if I come home from work early.

Daytime rain is quite nice to look at. I live in the tropics so we never have something aesthetic like a snowfall.

I cant see shit in nighttime rain.

Essentially this. Unless I have somewhere to go where I need to shower in the morning, I tend to wait until evening or night time to take a shower.

It generally doesn't matter as long as one has time, but taking a night time shower in pitch black darkness is cool.

I shower in the evening, before I go to bed. I like the feeling of "washing away the day".

No matter what time I take a shower:

As I saw the creature, I was as white as an egg. I was so scared I might crack from fear. As the humanoid began to lunge after me, I was walking on egg shells from how scared I was. It grabbed me, took me to its station, and cracked me open. The last thing I saw were my yellow insides cooked on a pan. Human nature is as evil as a rotten egg.

Also if you're going to sleep naked it's generally a good idea to shower beforehand

Sleeping naked's weird...

Not entirely off topic at all actually! When I was a kid in Guam, one of my friends in the neighborhood took a tropical shower in the rain with his shorts on. Wish I could have joined him back then! I could have gotten acquainted with the world and nature as well and have a good first impression of life on Earth. All of that was in the evening too! Boy do I feel nostalgic just thinking about that moment. It was like a photograph brought to life.

And that's a wonderful 25 minutes of deep thinking. I would have done that if I had the chance if I was in Guam right now with my arms wide open dancing in the rain. The world is a marvelous place to live in.

I want to do that someday. I heard the rain on the East coast of the US is also warm.

I've always wanted to go to the pool/beach when it's raining.

Hmm, yes.

The closest I've gotten to that is sitting in a hot tub while it was snowing.

Oh yes that would be great to do especially when you're underwater looking at the sky while the pool glows.

It would, however, suck if there's a lightning storm while it's raining. I'd gtfo of that pool fast.

I don't see why it would be. I suppose it might be somewhat warmer near Florida but I have absolutely no idea in that regard. It is all a physical process. It'd be like saying you could get warm snow. At a minimum I doubt rain in New York and Maine is warm.

I don't think the two should be equated.

And being in the rain when it's raining is cool, at least for experiencing the temperature differences. There is also the fact you tend to be hardly clothed so it's different from having to deal with your clothes getting soggy in normal rain, so that's a bit of a novel experience in and of itself.

Depending on the area. I got caught in warm rain when I was in Puerto Rico, it was soothing. The memory itself is warming me now ~_~

Las Vegas rain is pretty warm.
I actually do remember being in a pool at my hotel with my others when it rained. It was awesome for a few minutes till the guard told us to leave.
Still was pretty cool.

Not if you're in the ocean. It's not like the whole ocean fries up every time a lightning strike hits. If you're in a pool, while it's still dangerous, generally there should be plenty of things nearby that will take any lightning strikes seeing as water is not a metal and that the water will be surface level (if it's a dug in pool).

If you're rubbing your genitalia against the bed or pillow missionary style that's pretty bad for it, so don't do that if that's how you hump your pillows.
