On a more serious note, cartoons are a too broad subject to make top lists with, unless you're a kid/teen. Some stuff you just can't compare. I love Simpsons and Batman TAS, but how would I decide what to place higher? One's a comedy/social satire/sitcom, the other's a superhero series/comic book adaptation. Batman TAS, if we also count The New Batman Adventures, gave me only 109 episodes of great entertainment (actually less, since 10-15 episodes or so, sucked), while the Simpsons gave me 200+. BUT Simpsons eventually started to suck by default, while Batman TAS ended on a still very solid level. So as you see they're impossible to compare.
And that's not even getting into comparing movies and tv series'. The Secret of Nimh and Young Justice, I love both, but one's about talking animals and is contained in 83 minutes, while the other is about teen superheroes and takes more than 14 hours to watch back to back.
Even when you have the same type of media and the same genre you can't really make a list. Gravity Falls and South Park are both serialized tv sitcoms and are both great (didn't watch the last 2-3 seasons of South Park though), but their demographics are completely different and the shows aim to amuse differently.
So basically, that's why I poked fun at the thread idea. That, plus the fact that I clicked your link and allowed noscript to unblock tinyurl, only to view a really lame image. The message of the pic is lame enough, why would you link an image with the words "Until You Realizes That...".
