Hey, I'm new. Don't know what else to say besides that really, "I hope I enjoy myself here?"

That'll do.

Oh god, there's dead cats on my front lawn!
As I saw the creature, I was as white as an egg. I was so scared I might crack from fear. As the humanoid began to lunge after me, I was walking on egg shells from how scared I was. It grabbed me, took me to its station, and cracked me open. The last thing I saw were my yellow insides cooked on a pan. Human nature is as evil as a rotten egg.

Ugh. The plan was to fill this summer vacation to the brim with roleplaying. Instead, my regular group is on pause while someone goes to China for a month, no one is returning my e-mails about starting a new group and the RP here is not moving as fast as I had hoped. This will not do!

So, related, if I where to recruit for a skype RP, should I post about it in the idea thread? It seems sorta silly granted that a lot of people don't read it and I don't actually need anything voted in.

If you're already curious, the game concerns Transhumanistic cyperpunk, ala Ghost in the Shell and Deus Ex

No, certainly not. It's home made, and focused (slightly) more on what technology does to people than explosions and orcs.

I have been getting into RPGs recently. Depending on the time, I'd be happy to try it out.

I've been watching a few tabletop RPs done over skype or some for of teamspeak while using some form of RPG tool which creates maps, character tokens and has dice roll macros. Is pretty good stuff but the only RPs I've seen use this are Vampire the Masquerade and 4th ed DnD.

I decided to watch halo legends again , and then I thought: there isn't a lot of anime spinoffs that seems to stay true to the original franchise. Can anyone think of any animes like that?
