I can't enjoy ballpits. Too much temptation to start a ball fight and get myself kicked out.

I mean, you get a bunch of little tiny plastic balls that could only hurt someone with a skull of paper and you're expected to not chuck them about.

Exactly, and you can get rocks and things in those, so, while still being incredibly enraged, I can understand why there's such a fuss about those being thrown.

Not the balls from a ball pit.

Explain further, I'd need a list of the tools you have to work with as well as the application of the pump.

I do. Not easy and it depends on the car manufacturer and engine type.

Pipe wrench, tape, new tank for the pump, new t-pipe for pump.

Underground well, pump moves water from well to house. And I'm not very competent about plumbing, so this is pretty much the limit of what I know on the situation. I just fixed what I thought might help and so far no dice.

The plumbing is a simple matter of elbow grease, if you're just working with PVC. Wells in general are pain in the ass to work on unless you know what you're doing already. What makes you think the pump isn't working? Do you have access to the pump? (they're not usually in the house here)

The simplest thing it could be is a tripped breaker but to be honest if that doesn't fix it I'd call someone who specializes in wells (not a normal plumber, they'll tell you the same thing).

Pump's in a shed in the backyard. Only even know what I do now because I've helped my grandfather with it before. Had to pull up the pipe lines and replace everything once a couple years ago. He passed on Christmas, so not really many relatives left to help my grandmother.

Anyway, biggest clue that something was broken was that there was some water leaking from inside the shed. Fixed and replaced what looked like it needed replacing, sealed up new pipes to be extra sure. Refilled the line. (I know not what this line portion is truly called, only that we've had to fill it before to help it start again after shutting things down for fixing.) And now it's not supplying water.

Edit: That took a while... Had to replace a valve attached to the line underground. Thanks for coming to help.

He reappeared just in time for his birthday, haha

Happy birthday, Z-man!
"Suddenly Frodo noticed that a strange-looking weather-beaten man, sitting in the shadows near the wall, was also listening intently to the hobbit-talk. He had a tall tankard in front of him, and was smoking a long-stemmed pipe curiously carved. His legs were stretched out before him, showing high boots of supple leather that fitted him well, but had seen much wear and were now caked with mud. A travel-stained cloak of heavy dark-green cloth was drawn close about him, and in spite of the heat of the room he wore a hood that overshadowed his face; but the gleam of his eyes could be seen as he watched the hobbits."

Thank you for the wishes. Currently making plans to get shitfaced later.

Want to know what is really funny? This is the first time anyone from this forum has wished me a happy birthday since I have been here.

Cheers.
