And the good lord sayeth: Come forth The Talk Thread XVIII!

This forum can be a scary place, 'cause we got lax rules: let's see your war face. Take a breath, and roll the dice, you might find out we're really nice.

This. It doesn't matter that it'll get fixed later, what matters is the letdown they're causing right from the start. Most people who desire to get in on the new consoles and games are not rich enough to own various consoles, and some won't be waiting an extra year without playing anything. If they get a PS4 or a wii u, they will not get an xbox when it finally is supported there, and that means yet another group of people the xbox one is not inviting to it's birthday party.

What? No. I just got the sniffles, with a hint of coughing, sneezing, feeling-like-shit, and a tight throat.

don't curse just because you're sick boy

also a tight throat? never heard that descriptor before. You mean just a sore throat or something and it's hurts to swallow?

Yup, sore throat. But it feels tight, as if my throat is gonna close.

NO IT'S NOT CANCER!

Oh boyyyy, sounds like strep throat.
"Suddenly Frodo noticed that a strange-looking weather-beaten man, sitting in the shadows near the wall, was also listening intently to the hobbit-talk. He had a tall tankard in front of him, and was smoking a long-stemmed pipe curiously carved. His legs were stretched out before him, showing high boots of supple leather that fitted him well, but had seen much wear and were now caked with mud. A travel-stained cloak of heavy dark-green cloth was drawn close about him, and in spite of the heat of the room he wore a hood that overshadowed his face; but the gleam of his eyes could be seen as he watched the hobbits."

I would have completely written off the awards if Crosby won the Masterton.

Got quite an arsenal for tonight, cider, beer, and rum. I'm supposed to go hiking tomorrow, but it means I would have to wake up so early, ughhh
