The comic will never continue, it's in a state of permanent hiatus.
"Suddenly Frodo noticed that a strange-looking weather-beaten man, sitting in the shadows near the wall, was also listening intently to the hobbit-talk. He had a tall tankard in front of him, and was smoking a long-stemmed pipe curiously carved. His legs were stretched out before him, showing high boots of supple leather that fitted him well, but had seen much wear and were now caked with mud. A travel-stained cloak of heavy dark-green cloth was drawn close about him, and in spite of the heat of the room he wore a hood that overshadowed his face; but the gleam of his eyes could be seen as he watched the hobbits."

As Tuor said the comic hasn't been updated in ages due to Smiley's (artist) departure from Snafu. Bleedman was said to take on the role as the new artist but that seems to have not happend. So, to answer your question, the comic is in permament limbo.
As I saw the creature, I was as white as an egg. I was so scared I might crack from fear. As the humanoid began to lunge after me, I was walking on egg shells from how scared I was. It grabbed me, took me to its station, and cracked me open. The last thing I saw were my yellow insides cooked on a pan. Human nature is as evil as a rotten egg.

So, yup, sorry about that LilOtakuGyrl! No more Invader Zim to come. Welcome to the forums, though!

That is not good, why so many people "retired" from doing this comics, the only one that really has come to an end is Satan and Sugar Bits(in some way).

Remember this Nox: noone spends all their time on Snafu. Everyone has a life to live, and that's what the artists did. They have lives that they want to live rather than making comics all the time.

Yeah I remember that, I remember all the lessons they have teach me here but I mean is that this comics are a hobby or work that is unfinished and that not good. That's all, nothing more, no indirects.

Sure

Anyhow, this thread has served its purpose now
