MGS4 was exclusive to PS3. The rest of the series has been on other consoles. Fallout games have never been exclusive to Sony systems. For exclusives you're looking at: LittleBigPlanet, Uncharted, Infamous, God of War, Ratchet and Clank, Sly Cooper, some of the normal racing and FPS games, a handful or two of really good downloadable titles(Journey, the pixeljunk series).
