I'm giving you that chance, but you're on your own with everyone else.

I don't know why you think you're the end-all be-all member of this forum and why you think your opinion would matter to someone like Naps, but obviously your judgement is awful enough that you can't tell an intelligent person from a total moron who requires a few years to mature.

How'd you get that impression?

I'm giving him a chance. I'm not speaking for anyone else, just me.

And besides, that's the whole point of another chance. Maybe he can prove himself more mature if he just tried.

Actually, I think Yog is pretty cool, and for whatever reason, I find his opinion to be the only valuable one. Maybe I'm just weird that way.
Please excuse my poor grammar...

I honestly remember "naps" as something that leaves a slightly bad aftertaste in my mouth but other than that i don't even want to know.

I didn't get that impression from yog's post at all and i think you have like forty seven tons of sand in your labyrinth-like uterus.

Let's start over, shall we?
Bastard wrote:Hello, All. You might remember me from brief stints of bull shit and absolute nonsense a year or so ago. If not, you're probably better off that way. I'm just going to type some shit off the top of my head, sound good? I think it would make a good opening post for this crappy thread no? I'm thirsty, but that's of no importance. I'm kinda surprised my account was deleted due to inactivity, but whatever, I'm not complaining. Failing most of my sophmore classes, which is probably obvious seeing as I misspelt sophmore. Twice.

It's spelled sophomore, if the spell check didn't tell you that. Go ahead and pick up the hobby of reading, it helps with vocabulary pretty well.
Bastard wrote:So the other day, I was sitting in my room on my broken crappy ass futon, when the goddamn metal frame broke. So now, whenever I roll over on my bed, these metal bars fly up and hit either my dog, or me in the face.

Talk to your parents about it, or do what I do when something breaks in my house: fix it.

If you describe the specific issue, or maybe even post a picture of it, I'd be able to give you advice.
Bastard wrote:I swam for my high school. It was fun.

Keep doing that. Swimming is one of the best sports period. It pratically works out your entire body, and it'll help you build up skills with motivation and willpower.
Bastard wrote:A senior girl messed around with me and decided to kiss me, and I never rally see her around campus, so I'm not sure what the hell is going on with that.

She thinks you're cute, or she's just messing with you. Ignore her, but if she makes more advances, maybe give it a try and ask her out.

Clever. I know.

Don't do this. Ever again.

Oh, and on the subject of literature, go ahead and look for the book Twisted, by Laurie Halsie Anderson. I read it when I was around your age, and in all honesty, it's an incredible book that I feel you'd like.

EDIT: About the swimming thing, I am dead serious. It's an amazing sport, and to tell you the truth, I swam for all of high school, which helped me greatly.

He can take it or leave it, I just wanted to pitch on my two cents for the kid.

Everyone's stupid at one point of their life, but maturing is something that anyone can do. Same with Naps.

I like that you're giving advice to some dude everyone's calling an idiot Yog. Shows your compassion towards people.
As I saw the creature, I was as white as an egg. I was so scared I might crack from fear. As the humanoid began to lunge after me, I was walking on egg shells from how scared I was. It grabbed me, took me to its station, and cracked me open. The last thing I saw were my yellow insides cooked on a pan. Human nature is as evil as a rotten egg.

I thought of him as an idiot, and I kinda do, in a small way.

But I believe he can get better. Everyone can.

I mean, I did, heh, so anyone can do it as far as I'm concerned.

It's alright if you want to give him a second chance, hell, I'm giving him a first chance (Which isn't going too well by the way) because I never really met him.

You don't have to announce it though.

I think he can get better. I really do.

To the OP: Unlike your namesake, I'm not going to be a bastard towards you. And if anyone else in the thread is being a bastard to you, just let it flow like the waters in the pool you swim in.

One day, I wanna go swimming too. And I'll shave some of the hairs off my body so I can feel myself swim neck-deep in the deep blue depths of happiness and trust with the freedom to swim anywhere with the softness of my melanin-toned, healthy looking skin that is layered with immense amount of cells that drive me to do feats that were once thought impossible.

And that's not possible with body hair?
"Suddenly Frodo noticed that a strange-looking weather-beaten man, sitting in the shadows near the wall, was also listening intently to the hobbit-talk. He had a tall tankard in front of him, and was smoking a long-stemmed pipe curiously carved. His legs were stretched out before him, showing high boots of supple leather that fitted him well, but had seen much wear and were now caked with mud. A travel-stained cloak of heavy dark-green cloth was drawn close about him, and in spite of the heat of the room he wore a hood that overshadowed his face; but the gleam of his eyes could be seen as he watched the hobbits."

You misunderstand me, this is a figurative form of speech, is it not? I guess I was a bit literal, or I'm just happy-go-nuts.
