CTCFirebird wrote:What do you think will happen with the whole Dexter thing?
More than likely, Blossom won't be happy about it. I can see Bubbles as the one burdened with the task of deciding, rather or not to tell Blossom about what she saw (she was there after all).
True. I mean, Bubbles IS Blossom's sister. She should tell her about it. If she doesn't, how can her sister trust her anyways? Even she would eventually find out. I dunno, to me, that thing with Blossom and Dexter was rushed and then they started hanging out. Uh... May be Blossom took it the wrong way about them being in a relationship and Dexter just wanted to be friends with her. I don't think that their relationship was serious despite the fact that he wouldn't let her in his laboratory. And to me, that whole thing about what Blossom thinking about what Dexter thinks of her in certain situations was ridiculous even if she thought that she and Dexter were in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship. If you were in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, as you being the girl, who the hell cares what the boy thinks? He should like you a whole lot no matter what! Even if you do some activities or whatever with your family member.
CTCFirebird wrote:Well, I mean that the RowdyRuff Boys are under the command of I.M. Weasel and Dr. Brisbane.
Actually, I think just Dr. Brisbane. Also, it's rumored that Brisbane, is Dr.X's alter ego. The fact that he isn't here at this convention with I.M. Weasel supports this. But this is just a rumor.
CTCFirebird wrote:Is it really a convention? I thought it was some sort of fair. Schools usually do that than (NOT then) having some convention. A Science Fair which the best scientist in the world would have to go and pick a winner. Something like that. Only companies do conventions, unless they sponsored the school in seeing the talents of students and seeing what their future is like in the school and for career purposes.
I think it's a convention. But I'm not 100% on that. I'll have to go back and check.
Yes, I know about the rumors very well. Even if those rumors are a bit shady to this point that we're currently in. Uh... I disagree with you about that thing with why Brisbane is not there. My POV is that Brisbane has his own company and is the CEO of his business. He has to run it. If anything, Brisbane can be at the place for a short period of time and just leave to go back to work. Good examples would be like Dan Didio and Stan Lee going to the comic con. They are the head of their business, but they're still working. They have due dates and everything to keep their business flowing. Hell, even Erik Ko AKA Mr. Udon of Udon Comics don't really show up to these things, but he comes in to comic con rarely. Just because of that rumor, I don't think that it supports the idea of him actually being Dr.X and not being there. Not many CEOs go to these things and even if they do, they go for a short period of time and don't show up for the rest of the other days unless they have autographing's and other events that they are called upon or listed to. Same thing with Brisbane, Science Fair or Convention (as you put it), it doesn't matter. He has to keep business going AND watch over the RowdyRuff Boys. I like what you pointed out here, but the fact is, is that I.M. Weasel is there on his company's behalf. Even if it is a Convention or Science Fair, Brisbane would have to pay for his ticket there. Kinda like Perry White at the Daily Planet, wanting to get a story and sending his best reporters, Lois Lane and Clark Kent. See? Keeping the business going. He pays for his employees to represent the company. But I DO think that it is a Science Fair and not a Convention because a convention is a lot bigger of an event that's taken place and you need agreement contracts to sign and everything like for this, plus, it's too much money. I guess you could say that for a school thing in a convention would be kinda like having bollywood films played all over the states. I KNOW that some movie theaters carry them, but I'm talking about the entire thing as they do with hollywood films. In this situation, I REALLY don't think that schools have any way of having their own convention like comic con, anime con, GDC, Auto Show, Job Fair Convention, or anything like that. If that's the case, people around the world would have to be going to that convention, but I REALLY don't think that parents would pay for their kids (all over besides Megaville) to go to this type of convention. They would have to pay for hotels, their flight tickets, and so on and so forth, BUT the schools around Megaville could definitely go on the trip there. If it was a convention for itself, and you live far, but want to go... The school can either pay for you, or you could, or your parents could so as long as you are at least a High School or College/University student. If the school pays, then you are going there representing your school and supporting others. Kinda like Law School, you are like somewhere in Florida and you are going to have to represent a case or something like that in some other state (like Washington DC) and that is on your school's behalf. They pay for your Airline Ticket to go and come back. I know something like that cause one of my friend's girlfriend did those things, but she couldn't stay for long like after the court was over by hanging around wherever she was. She had to come back as soon as it was completed. Meh... you get the idea... Anyways, yeah, so the idea of that whole thing in the school is a Science Fair. Basically, in a convention, you go around buying things like collectibles and stuff. True they have school booths like SVA, Full Sail University, Dave School... But this situation was all on completed science projects at a school... So, Science Fair.
Heh. If Brisbane is in fact Dr.X, he would keep that identity of his a secret from everybody else and be like that dude in VR Troopers... Grimlord
"Forces of Darkness empower me. Take me back to my virtual reality
Something like that.
CTCFirebird wrote: if she fails, I.M. Weasel has a backup plan by quickly calling for help of the RowdyRuff Boys.
Even if the RRB are
under Weasel's command, he might not have a way to call them. I mean, if Weasel could just pick up his cell phone, contact them, and order them around, don't you think he would have done it by now?
I.M. Weasel has a suit on. Of course he has a way of getting in contact in Brisbane. He has to! He works with Brisbane. Of course the company will have to give him a work cell phone apart from his personal cell phone. But the thing is, is that I.M. Weasel saw the PowerPuff Girls in action and so its like... What's the point? BUT Bubbles is away from her sisters. I think that I.M Weasel thought of calling for them, but look at the situation from when it started. It's like there was no point, but since Bubbles is by herself and is scared, I believe those monsters would break through and go for the attack. This is when I.M. Weasel would call forth the RowdyRuff Boys. It wouldn't take them long to get there anyways.
Since that explosion happened, I think that the RowdyRuff Boys will make another appearance by during their training at Brisbane's and notice a huge gigantic light. That light will disrupt their training. I think Brisbane will see it as well, worry about I.M Weasel and tell the RowdyRuff Boys to go and check on him to see if he's ok and if he's in any trouble, help him. I could see that happening...
CTCFirebird wrote:I dunno, guys. I don't think there will be any romantics between any RRB and PPG in this webcomic.
More than likely we won't. Still, I would like to see a mix up with the RRBXPPG thing though. I think it'd be very interesting.
Yeah, it's just that ALOT of people here hate the thing about the RowdyRuff Boys and PowerPuff Girls (counterpart x counterpart) hooking up together. I guess its what Bleedman and BeeAre has done so far. I feel like I'm the only one here who likes that type of couple, BUT I NEVER chant it! (That means you: Blood Lord
) I have my own chants as in "Om Namah Shivaya." Yes, I'm Hindu (Veda) and a born Brahmin (half Trini-Indian half American). Anyways, I guess it would be good at least to even have something like that, that way everyone has their share of it all and keep fans interested in the story apart from the artwork and all, but its what Bleedman and BeeAre do with it. I respect you Havoc751 for being Neutral about it even though you have your choice for who you want as couples!
CTCFirebird wrote:I wonder if Buttercup still has the romantic... urges or whatever you wanna call it for Samurai Jack (coughs pedo).
I'm sure Buttercup still feels that way about Jack. We haven't seen anything to indicate otherwise. For sometime now I've wondered; What's Jack's age compared to Buttercup's? If I had to guess, I'd say maybe 10 years or so. Buttercup being 12 or 13, and Jack being somewhere between 19 to 22. But that's pure speculation. What do you guy think?
I think Samurai Jack is like leaning forward to his 30s. Mainly because of mastering his training, what he fought for and who he fought against and we see him as a here on Snafu as an instructor.
