Found this old comic in the back of my gallery. I still think its funny even if the drawings are really old. If any of you have played Batman: Arkham City there's that side mission where Batman has to get to these phones a killer is calling on and this just popped into my head while playing:

And Speaking of psychos, do any of you remember Berry?

Now here's something cute (this isn't too quick in transition is it?):

Haha funny old comic of Batman you made there.

Holy shit Berry was one creepy imaginary friend.
As I saw the creature, I was as white as an egg. I was so scared I might crack from fear. As the humanoid began to lunge after me, I was walking on egg shells from how scared I was. It grabbed me, took me to its station, and cracked me open. The last thing I saw were my yellow insides cooked on a pan. Human nature is as evil as a rotten egg.

In case you haven't noticed this about me, I'm a super big PPG fan. Like really big. Seriously I could probably fill an entire forum page with how much I love the show. I've been apart of the PPG fandom since its inception and I really like these character and I firmly believe that the PPG deserve the same amount of respect other superheroes like Spiderman and Batman have. But I'll spare you all from me just raving over how much I like the show and just post some older drawings I did of their villains.

First off here's an old drawing of my favorite underappreciated PPG villain, Aberacadaver:

Now we're going all the way back to my traditional art days again for these next to:

The Smith family:

This character isn't technically a villain, but there was that one episode where he went on a rampage:
Elmer Sgloo (Paste Eater):

I'm currently working on a comic loosely based off of the fighting game:

CN Punch Time Explosion XL.

Which as some of you know is a fighting game with Cartoon Network characters. Since its a comic based off a fighting game (I think it counts as one at least) its going to be more about seeing these characters fight than the story. At least the first fight will be. Since its been a while since I've done a comic maybe that's for the best. I'll at least try to make the fights as entertaining as possible.

It all started with me talking with Askura (who has also set up an art thread here and has a deviantart account) about making a fight scene between Blossom and Aku while using certain designs she made for Aku (his Uka form) after the idea popped into my head and I really like the game despite its flaws so this is something I decided that I really wanted to do.

Anyways I don't know how many people actually look at my art thread, but I'm just giving the people who do a heads up because as we all know making comics is a time consuming thing so its going to be a while. I will post it in my thread once its finished.

The first fight is planned to be between 20-30 or maybe more.

It does take place after the game and I'll try to establish this in the beginning. Also I want the art style to be better than what I usually do so I also need to practice my craft while I'm at it.

Here's a little thing I threw together to put me in the mind set for the comic:

I want the actual art of the comic to look a lot more improved compared to this and the look of Aku is slightly inspired by his alternate costume in the game. He'll be taking on several form in the fight though, being a shape shifter and all.

Image

I plan on throwing a few more fights together after this maybe. If I feel up to it. For now I just want to focus on the task at hand.

While I continue to work on the comic here's some really old sketches I did to portray the Powerpuff Girls villains in a more threatening light. Basically the idea popped into my head of what would some of the PPG villains look like if the guys behind Arkham City and Asylum designed them. All of these are old drawings.

I still love your horror-esque interpretations of all the PPG characters. Can't wait to see what you're doing with your comic!!

Some more old sketches of PPG characters from back when I was just starting out:

This is the one that started it all for me. This was the first time I ever drew the PPG as teenagers:

And this was second first drawing of the PPG. Back then I wasn't as good as I am now and I was still figuring things out. This is basically the girls after a really tough day of crime fighting. Luckily no one was seriously hurt...:

This stuff looks so similar to the style I had a few years ago, but you totally beat me at backgrounds. Nice work Mutt.

Thanks, my more resent stuff is better than these last few posts because that's mainly old stuff and I'm still working to improve myself. Thanks for the complement, I think your work is pretty neat too.

I recognize Mojo Jo Jo, but not any of the other ones. I'm guessing you made them? If so, nice work, they all seem to show a unique personality.

Not a single one of these are OCs. I just drew them very differently from how they looked in the show.

And for some of them I took a few creative liberties with how they work and look, the biggest ones probably being Patches and Sandman.

Thanks none the less, I wanted each of them to be very different from the last.

Some old black and white pencil drawings from far back. Still working on that comic thingy so this is some stuff I'm posting just to keep the art thread updated here.

One of my ocs is this girl who I use to call Straitjacket, because I never thought of any other name for her with her is Jason the talking head and Sir James. This was one of the first drawings I ever submitted to deviantart:

Some more old OC stuff:

And now we have these old sketches:

Ah, you should always have pride in your art, it's important to have that, but you also must strive to learn and to better your art. Just keep at it, you'll constantly see improvement. I mean, I hate my old work, but I loved it at the time, and I didn't let anyone take me down.
Just keep at it, you're doing just fine.

As mentioned before in the art thread I've been working on a comic for the past couple of weeks.

Here's some info on it if anyone cares:

1: The comic is based off of the CN Punch Time Explosion XL fighting game. I just like fighting games and I'm trying to give the comic a bit of a fighting game "feel"

2: For now I only plan on having Blossom and Aku fight, but I may or may not do future fights with other CN characters of my choosing.

3: The title will be CN Punch Out Explosion: Blossom vs Aku.

4: It won't be a very long comic, only about 20-30 pages.

5: I did all the work on my own. So if it isn't very good its all my fault.

6: The design of Blossom is my usual "tough chick tomboy look" that her and her sister have when I draw them, but Aku's look in his humanish form is based off a drawing by a friend of mine who goes by Askura, she has an art thread here too.

7: There is no shipping involved. They spend the whole comic beating the shit out of each other.

8: Its not an official Snafu comic, its just something I'm doing because I wanted to draw a comic. So its only going to be in my art thread and my DA account. I don't think they'd want this as an official comic anyways.

Any questions?

PPG Character: Bunny -
Image

A first attempt.

This design of Bunny was something I had in my head for a long while. It took me so long to drew it because I wasn't 100% sure if making it was a good idea. I was kind of worried that some people would take offence at a masked version of Bunny, but I mainly did it because I though she would look cool.

The basic idea of this look is that some people like to draw Bunny as a normal looking girl and I wanted to combine that idea with how she was born deformed. I added the mask and the dark lighting because as those of you who know me, I like to make things all moody and what-not.

Anyways those of you who know Bunny know that she was created in the episode "Twisted Sister" by the PPG themselves. The girls haphazardly created her to fill in for them so they could take a day off of crime fighting.
Unfortunately for Bunny, her sisters weren't the best scientists and she was born different and special.
Not knowing any better, Bunny couldn't tell the difference between what was a good guy and a bad guy and ends up letting a massive amount of criminals out of jail who start a riot. In the end she finds redemption when she saves the PPG and defeats all the criminals on her own. In the end though, Bunny met an untimely end due to her unstable body.
Then the PPG were left to live with what they had done.
Bunny's life ended the very same day she was born, but the girls will never forget the harsh lesion they learned from her.
