Speaking of animes:

女神の聖闘士 (Athena no Seinto)! (too much large)

Reason: Weirdly, it's "much too large", in this instance, Grivous. I won't change it though. I like "too much large" personally. :][

Pinkie Pie continues to have the best Japanese dub.

If it gets blocked later, use proxfree.

And there's this

I would be happy if they actually revive the original Scootaloo episodes.

Just found these little things. If you all remember 2snack's animation "Two Best Sisters Play Portal 2" these videos are scene from that animation, only in these Luna and Celestia have actual female voices. I personally think Matt and Pat are funnier, but these girls are okay and Luna's voice actor makes her sound really cute in my opinion:

Luna and Celestia talk about portals and Luna shares one of her worst fears

Celestia is the one being trolled for once:

And smooth jazz makes Luna slide real good guuurl (dammit I wish I didn't know where that came from):

After watching "Smooth Jazz," somehow I can also picture Celestia and Luna dipping their flanks in $240.00 worth of pudding... awwww yeah...

^I watched this yesterday. It's so lovely seeing how this song inspires so many people to make such psychedelic videos...

Also, anyone ever heard a bit ago they introduced MLP characters to be creatable at those "Build a Bear" stores? Well...

Geeeeeeeeeez! All this effort... for SFM!

There's not enough "eeeeeee"s could express the epicness.

Not even smooth jazz could match the smooth in that animation~

I agree with Mr. Sefrol, even with the added aid pudding could it come close. Every movement Derpy maid was fluid and great to look at. The stop motion in that video was amazingly well done.

May be Crisis Equestria should make use of this...

Or maybe not.

Hopefully this is legitimate S4 footage, it looks too show-accurate (the Twilight trying to fly part) to be fake.

Twilight learning to fly is something to be expected.

If it is, it would be interesting; this would be the first evidence that those royal horseshoes are removable (since all of the other Royal Mares have them on all of the time, and in the Case of Cadence, she'd had them since she was a teenager (if not earlier) I sort of assumed they were nailed on (if indeed they were not simply inlaid into the hooves) and permanent.)

Oh wow!

Hmm... Dat new footage...

Feels odd to me, the inconsistencies, though the video itself was much needed and awesome!

The main animation here looks like someone just slapped-in the wings onto the regular Twilight model, when Episode 13 pretty clearly showed that her proportions have changed. Not unexpected I guess, being a Hot Topic ad, though the clip that looks to be from an episode seems to have the old proportions too. Also, no sixth star on her cutie mark in any shot... Eh, if that's how it turns out, I'll be a bit cross. I'm headcanoning that anyway, and nopony can stop meh!

Still, her wing animation in the Q&A bits got a bit static and floaty when they were folded. Like, her body shifted weight, but the wings stayed put. Made it look like they animated the main sequence, then added the wings later in post or something, with some poor guy trying to track it instead of building it right into the original animation. Maybe the original version of this video wasn't privy to the whole alicorn thing?

Also, Twilight's favorite food is nachos...

I think Derpibooru is gonna go to town with that one...

Oh, and here's a WIP of my model of the Library...

So far so good, getting in the details before any texturing. Also, yes, the tree so far is just the bare wood, and I haven't modeled-in the leafy bits yet, partly because I want to be able to portray the tree as burnt, without the leaves as well.

No interior, and I'm not EVEN going to try figuring out how the various porches and telescope deck connect to the inside of the library. Yeah, no thanks. If the show ITSELF is going to cheat by using interior sets and unique sets that have nothing to do with the stock Library graphic, why should *I* try and figure out the logistics of this building?

Damndest model I've done in a while... It has all the difficulty of modeling a tree with all the precision of adding architecture to it. There is literally NO structure in all of Ponyville more baffling to recreate. At least all the OTHER buildings and residences follow some simple geometric flow that can be hacked out quickly, save maybe for Sugarcube Corner. But hell, someone ALREADY modeled Sugarcube Corner, so, bullet dodged there.

Nice to see that being an Alicorn hasn't changed Twilight much.

It doesn't seem legit to me. If it turns out to be for real then I'll be surprised.
Sombra does need something to redeem himself in the eyes of the fandom.
I once did a whole comic about how little we all view him as an actual character.

I think I should clarify once and for all: That is NOT King Sombra. If it was, he'd have a rather strange accent. It's just some low-pitched narrator telling of the coming of the Crystal King. It's kinda a ponyfication of a World of Warcraft patch-trailer.

Its not real.

Here's some Japanese art.

This opens up a lot of possibilities
- Twilight is different from the alicorn sisters, so she won't have extended lifetime/immortality.
- All the mane6 will become alicorns at one point.
- Those bounded by the elements will share the same fate - if one dies, they will all die.

I once saw the theory that none of the Alicorns are really immortal and they just use that one aging spell from Magic Duel to keep themselves young. They just keep recasting it every couple of years. I guess Luna's magic was just on autopilot while she was on the moon.

They could be immortals like Elves: They can not die naturally by disease or weakness, and they live forever. But they can die if someone, in case, somepony provokes their death(like Chrysalis almost did when she attacked Celestia).
