Why'd they have to mess his form up. Couldn't they just as easily made his name MewThree or something like that? Does he evolve into that? lol

I'm going to get this out of the way: I dont HATE the design of the Pokemon. As a matter of fact, I think it's a lot better than most all of what Gen V had. The thing that I hate about it is that it's a new form of Mewtwo.

Why does Mewtwo need a new form? Why cant this be Mewthree? Fans have been speculating (and even hoping) about a Mewthree since RBY. I can still remember discussing the existence of a Mewthree back when I was a wee lad. Like, 3 or 4.

Now granted, there hasn't been an official announcement that this Pokemon is a new form of Mewtwo, but considering that most of the signs point to it being a new form, I'm going to presume its a new form until proven otherwise. I would love this to be a Mewthree, but I hate the fact that it's probably a new form.

That's sad, they shouldn't fix what isn't broken.
I hate to be "That Guy", but honestly, I just loved the original 151, and I was even okay with Gen2, after that, it just dropped off. There was no explanation for anything really. Why are there only some in one region, and not another, NOBODY can bring another Pokemon from one region to another? Don't even get me started on Legendary, how they just keep adding them, and adding them. I get it, you wanna' keep it interesting and add new Pokemon, but there has to be a better way of approaching it. I dunno'. I guess I'll just stop ranting and raving, because honestly, this thread isn't about Pokemon in general.

So in summary, not a fan of the new form.

It's probably some special "Forme" he takes, as with many of the recent legendaries. I would prefer that each gen has completely original species instead of a lot of additions to families, like gen 4.

Also, this:

I've been saying that about legendaries for years. They introduce too many legendaries each generation now. They're so many legendaries that being a legendary isn't really special anymore. Gen. II had the best formula for lgendaries: 2 mascots, a trio, and an event legendary. Now they're introducing 14 legendaries a generation, a lot of which are really unnecessary.

I can't help but view this as a travesty.
