Pretty much. It's mostly just been us talking about Skullgirls for a while, and I love it.

Yeah. Too bad the conversation will die shortly after the funding comes to a close. But we can revisit it after the characters are out.

What a lovely time that will be~ Talking about how one of these characters might have broken the game or our favorite combos... Good times to come.

So, I watched the Salty Cupcakes stream from last night and heard Mike Z explain how Minette, Scythana, Beowulf, Isaac, and a couple of other characters would work in more detail. Definitely much more excited about Beowulf, now.

Beawulf at first glance was interesting. But the idea of him being a wrestler character and using a chair put me off to him.

Also... wait... there was a stream last night? D: I could have watched it...

Being a wrestler character is far more interesting than it really sounds. I think they also mentioned something about him being able to knock out the announcer, or something. His tagging mechanics would also work differently compared to the other characters.

I watched a bit of it. Not all that much...... Still looking forward to see how Squigly plays.

I want to see how her stage control mechanics will work with regard to potential balancing issues. Wonder how close Squigly is to being finished.

I think the stage control mechanic is going to be used in short bursts or a long burst or both depending on the button input. It will probably leave her wide open though. I'm thinking a lot like Rachel Alucard's wind control mechanics from BlazBlue.

I can see something like that, though based on how ambitious they're being with the new character concepts (gameplay-wise), I'm gonna assume that it's gonna work differently than what we really expect.

It's just a case of pan and zoom really, only the opponent in dragged along with the boarder.

Holy fucking shit. The second mystery character just barely got funded. Like, literally within the last minute. Goddamn.

I witnessed that. It was really intense, especially since, when the campaign was winding down and had only two minutes left and it was still at just about $824,800, Indiegogo crashed. Everyone in the stream was panicking that the site wouldn't be back up in time, and it was just so stressful refreshing the page and hoping the site would come back on time. And then suddenly, within the last minute, we made it. OMFG. @_@;;;

oh wow. They really got all the way to a second DLC character? So with this we're getting 5 new characters. Squiggly, Big Band, Robo-Fortune, and two DLC characters. Damn, that's pretty awesome. Pretty much gave the game 1/3rd more content. This pleases me...

That's more than half the number of the original cast, and what you'd get in a sequel. Can't wait to try them out and see who wins.

I honestly didn't expect us to reach the fifth character. Kinda thought it was gonna get close, but I'm glad I was wrong. Also, apparently we're gonna have four votes now for the first round of voting, which is good cuz now I don't have to choose.

I think everyone was surprised. It must be really nerve racking having that much of the fans money and hoping not to screw up.

Anybody want to score mod points?

I am in dire need and distress. I need my House avatar back, but I can't find the little bastard anywhere. Its my traditional House avatar, the one I continuously revert back to. For those that don't know, its an image of house sitting in a chair with a gray suit looking bored as hell.

Seriously, find it and I'll blow you. That's how bad I want it back. Its a matter of national security of Snafu.

I remember the icon you speak of, but the only version I know how you'd get easily is the ponified version Sam made you. I think it was Sam at least...

Aye, and I still have that one. I'm looking for the original version of it though. I wonder if Sam has one.

Maybe. It's safe to assume since she used it as a base for the icon she made. Unless she eyeballed it.

Plausible. Isn't there some sort of thing you can use to allow you to go back through forums and look at it in stages of time and how it looked then?

Oh, right. There is, but I'm brain farting on what it's called. Was able to see some really fun stuff I forgot about through it.

I've only heard (well read) about you guys playing with it and talking about it. I have no idea what it is, but I suspect that is the only real hope I have of recovering that image.
