Let's play the semantic satiation game!

Postby Mir@k » Thu Mar 07, 2013 12:53 am

Today's word is quagmire.

← Hello play this is quite good.

Quagmires are number 4 reason for scientists all over the world to ponder certain conundrums related to the word quagmire and why quagmire sounds like quagmire and is written like this: Quagmire. Why did we assign to what we know as a quagmire the phonetic arrangements that make out mouths say "quagmire" to refer to a quagmire? What part of a quagmire is a quag and which a mire? What even is a quag and why does it need a mire to be a quagmire? Could a quag become a quagmire on it's own? What about mires? Are their existence bound to quags or are they independent from them to become quagmires? A quagmire being boggy moistland should always smell bad? A bad smell is commonly associated wit quagmires. A rapper by the pseudonym of "Quag2DaMire" was last seen singing a song about a quagmire. Witness reports indicate a quagmire that has been dubbed "the quagmire that quagmirizes all quagmires ever" has been found north of Texas, where the quagmires are at. Quagmire quagmire quagmire quagmire quagmire quagmire quagmire quagmire quagmire quagmire quagmire.

As I saw the creature, I was as white as an egg. I was so scared I might crack from fear. As the humanoid began to lunge after me, I was walking on egg shells from how scared I was. It grabbed me, took me to its station, and cracked me open. The last thing I saw were my yellow insides cooked on a pan. Human nature is as evil as a rotten egg.

I do not know this "McFaggot" you speak of, but I sure hope I don't look like him.

This type of remeniscing(cant spell this) i approve of.

I like the snafu 2 comic buttons but loved the snafu 4 everything(how surprising).

yo snafu 4 was the finest. the buttons made sense, it was easy to see what was read, locked, etc. that was real neat. but maybe it's just these Nostalgia™ glasses i've got on

Looks like you need to replace them with actual glasses. The buttons are pretty distinct now as well.
