And Spam, to me, is like that one major street in every city where no matter the weather there is always someone street-performing, someone protesting and someone spouting mindless drabble. All the while the police don't necessarily crack down on order because that place was practically made for that stuff.

All its missing is that the bored/interested passersby who actually acknowledge the folks are the majority of the folk who use the street.
