Right, no problem. I keep forgetting how convenient cable tv is in the US.

All the great stuff comes from the comic. Personally, I can't stand the movie, because it takes all that crisp and brilliant Moore dialogue and makes it into political tool for the Wachowskis.

"Gee we really think the Bush administration sucks, but we couldn't think of our own story or dialogue to say it, so he's here is someone else's story with almost all moral ambiguity removed."

The great part about the Moore story is that you can decide for yourself if anarchy is better than facism or vice versa, or if they're both crazy and inhumane and something no rational person would follow. Sure Moore prefers anarchy, but he has V do some bonechillingly cruel stuff to drive the point home, that V is a fanatic, not a hero. The movie tones it down considerably.

I recommend the comic, it's one of my favorites. Some people get turned away by the art though.

Of course it's totally cool if you loved the movie, tons of people do, fact is all the Guy Fawkes mask wearing stuff is only due to the popularity of the movie. Just wanted to present my point of view.

Well now that we have the timeline, it might be easier to predict where it will be. Or at least, I hope so. It should be fun in a way to predict it's placement.

i imagine it's gonna be a prequel. it's hinted in Skyward Sword that there is yet another hero before the Link in that game.

I think the problem for the art is it is really dark with minimal contrasting brightness combined with the old 4 color printing can make it a bit straining. My bigger gripe is that Alan Moore can be too verbose and at times he doesn't write in the characters voice as much as his own voice.

Wakko's Wish I don't like the movie, but since it's the "finale" you might want it. If you've never downloaded a movie split in .rar files, the way it works is, you download all of it, and once it's done, you unpack part01 and it'll unpack the entire movie into a single file.
