Its believed to be Bell. The idea is that Bell is a combination of three puffs in a somewhat stable mixture. Usually when you make puffs you get three, the exception was Bunny, who was unstable and exploded. I can't remember enough of PpG to recall the power of Bunny or what lead to the exact cause of her instability.

In short, Bell is all three girls combined, hence the white color.

I will do some dispelling of this myth. Bell is better than each of the girls except the girl with a chosen specialty.

Blossom is smarter than Bell, but Bell is smarter than Buttercup and Bubbles.

Buttercup is stronger than Bell, but Bell is stronger than Blossom and Bubbles.

Now, the subtlest of the three:

Bubbles is more emotionally enduring than Bell. As to that significance, and what it means when Bell is stronger than the other two regarding it, I'll let you guys speculate.

bubbles "emotional endurance" specialty is probably something to do with a sort of "inner strentgh" type ability linked with emotion that lets her tap into chem x power more deeply, in a purer form, & fuller potential. more so than the other girls can.
butter cup = outer strength
bubbles = inner strength

It could be a self sacrifice though. She's heroic like that.

Up until now, Bell has maintained her composure & had the upperhand against Blossom. Now, with only a verbal threat & a serious glare from Blossom; her composure has weakened, & she's switched to a more defensive stance. Blossom is now the one on offense, & she's more than likely thinking several steps ahead in order to set Bell up for a beating. This is what she means by being smarter, & showing just why she's the leader.

So at least in in this comic buttercup actually is the strongest. I ve heard that before, but it always seemed like a stretch on her aggressiveness and also because she was never shown with any special skills

Anyway I'm glAd blossoms strength is being recognized but, targeting gir isn't exactly new, it's what she did last time bell should have remembered that
Then again while she has shaken bell up , actually hurting gir is a death sentence for her.

The last one is the one I really don't understand. Easily Bubbles is the most compassionate of the three. The heart, "The joy and the luaghter". But, she has always been so sensitive. Not that I see it as a weakeness but, at the same time not a strenght. Bubbles always tends to panic first, she cries easily, and harsh words get to her.When she see's her sisthers injured she get flsusterd and upset , then attacks without thinking. Again bubles isnt weak but I've never seen her being emotionally enduring.

Before I read your post I was about to say that if bubbles was on the side of team evil she 'd be just like bell. Being cute and frustrating. Also the best way to get around bubbles would proably be to manipulate her emotions

Oh and I know blossom wont destroy gir, she a heroine. She jsut has phyche bell out

I wonder what the creators think when they're reading the theories others are making about their stories, since they know all the answers and all. Do they laugh when they're way off? Or do they decide to take a hit out on someone who's too accurate and needs to be shut up so they don't ruin it...
