Seriously, though, Tag won't be going in guns blazing or anything. She has always been a natural predator and so this is a matter of waiting for her, whether that be for sleep or for sufficient distraction.

Feel free to chat it up with Maddy in the meantime, it'll help build up the suspense before Tag jumps in from out of nowhere and kills everything.

I think... a few characters were normal before X-Institute. Not many, but a few. Of course, she will run into the people with the most outlandish and horrible backstories first, because that is how narrative works.

And I'd say that Hiram is more like a filthy hobo guerilla than a ninja monk.

That's because almost everyone gets along with Mickey.

I promise you, Quinny, I didn't read your CS until after having Tag decide to kill you. And even then that was only for the power bit just because you were talking about it.

Tag was going to try to kill Maddy no matter who she was.

This is the process of how Tag meets people. Right now you're on the "to be killed" step. The next is "to be killed after being useful". Somewhere down the line and if you're really lucky you might reach "not to be killed".



Right now, you'd have to be superhuman to sneak up on Tag, but given who we have here, that's not asking for much. It's not like she's actually invisible. Just imagine a forest at midnight and think of how many animals you don't see, that's Tag.
