It's not good to go near.
The issue of whether you should hit a 'gender-specific' person for hitting you in the first place can boil down to simple terms. First, if you were the one hitting a person while 'shitfaced', would you approve of the other party hitting back? Second, on circumstances such as what Hiryu mentioned, would it be 'excusable' for you to do such things? Third, are you prepared to deal with the thunder you are about to bring down upon someone's face despite what they're doing?
In my opinion, strictly mine, I would say yes for approval to restrain if you were being assaulted by such women. That, or you run like hell because you shouldn't be outside anyways due to all the warnings that have been given, and past events that can testify why (this steps into a victim-blaming zone of course, but it is still an ounce of truth). If you were to fight back, be prepared for its consequences.
That being said, you should not be out in the first place.
The most violence I've ever shown was throw a stapler at someone's face.
The stapler missed at hit someone else, earning me a sucker punch near my left eye.
I didn't hit back.
Of course, I was also busy trying to see if I wasn't going blind, and trying not to cry at the moment.
