Depends on the province and town. Most of the Maritimes seem to be fish based and of english, scottish and irish descent, Quebec is french and it reflects but also has Italian and Jewish communities, Ontario especially Toronto and surrounding cities is all over the place but the rest seems to be the stereotypes, BC is just an extension of Washington and Oregon, the Plains seem to be like the Maritimes minus the fish except the cities because they're cities and the two other provinces are like bumfuck tundra.
