Hartnell is 85. It makes sense for Jagr because he loses a few points in the Checking and Defense categories and probably a few in skating because his speed is down, he still has decent handling and shooting stats though.

Also, all NHL level players cover an area from about 78-88 points, Legends range up into the 90s, AHL players are 71-81, CHL 60s, Euro players are scattered amongst the 60s-low 80s.

Hmm, that seems kinda strange, I would expect some of the 3rd and 4th liners and tough guys in the NHL to be lower than high 70's. I think the Euro ratings make sense since the talent level is more varied there. I imagine some CHL guys break into the 70's, rarely?
