I'm just sad Paranorman didn't get the credit it deserved. It wasn't as hyped or as original as Wreck-It Ralph, but I think it deserved a little more love than it did. It was out of theaters over here in a week and it's already out on DVD... Seriously? WTF!

@Pabst: Paranorman didn't get much attention because why should it? Seriously, why should it?
What about that movie is interesting, new or fresh in any way?

I watched the movie and i was left really buttbothered at the end over how desperately bad it was. I gave my best to try and laugh good-naturedly at the God Damn clichés such as the zombies and the dumb cheerleader-jock combo and the fat kid, oh right and we cannot forget the bully, elements that seemed taken out of a play-doh's "make your first movie" set. Yes, you can take overused elements of movies and still produce something original and endearing, but Paranorman is none of this. And yeah i'm talking about something not related to the thread, and i'm sorry for that.

I don't know. I guess I didn't think of all those things because I was too busy concentrating on who the characters were instead of what they were. And Tim Burton made FrankenWeenie, not ParaNorman. (Frankenweenie sucked, btw.)

@Mirak: I have the movie and haven't watched because the trailer itself didn't appeal to me.
It's ok to talk about this kinda stuff here. It's a better discussion than the one that was had about food/sauce lol
