I know my story is good, I just exicuted it very poorly here. Anyway, I've come to the desicion that I will draw it myself. It's going to suck, but I did manage to draw a decent anime girl today. My main problem with the drawing, is backgrounds and character shapes.

Practice. There are a lot of help aids in the forms of books, the internet, and friends.
