Speaking of work, I'm gonna be working at another store for the next 3 days. They say they're lending me to the other store since I'm a "good worker" even though I just got rehired... sort of... I don't even know. I feel like they're planning on transferring me there.

last year i paid £60 in tax

then i got a letter saying i paid £60 too much in tax because i wasn't earning enough per year to be taxed

this year will not be the same. i worked a lot this year.

my boss asked me today if i wanted a lot of hours over the christmas period. i said "yes" he said "thank god" because over half the staff at my pub only live in london to study. so they're going home to visit their families. that means me and a couple other people and the boss will be doing christmas eve, christmas day, boxing day and all of the days surrounding it.

i get new years eve off, though, and basically everyone who's not working christmas is working new years eve because it'll be a lot busier. there's 4 staff in on christmas day, about 6 or 7 on christmas eve, but like 15 on new years eve.
