I have a theory.

   This episode show that a simply smoke spell can become a display of highest class magic with helps, aka IRL magic. Now that Trixie has seen her wrong way, perhaps she can now utilized what she saw and put up an impressive magic show? Because otherwise, she would be working on the rock farm again.

Actually, I just legitimately beat you to it :U I have foresight, and Soth has space alteration powers.

Also, even though this episode was mostly about Twilight and Trixie mostly,    Fluttershy really had a lot of good moments here too. Her reactions at the beginning, when she's told to go on a mission by herself, after escaping the dome, etc. A lot of precious reactions.
