It was only a matter of time after that "original rock anthem" mentioning that we'd have someone try and make one themselves. I actually liked it more than the Tombstone version. The song did sound right as a rock anthem.

Also, if it wasn't official before, it has to be now. MAD loves bronies. Seriously, MLP's been parodied 5 times now. What other franchise have they parodied that much aside from Avengers and Iron Man?

And speaking of MAD, Tara Strong voiced something else for them. Wasn't expecting this at all.

It's as adorable as when the first time they used the rubber ducky sound for a smile.

EQD posted a clip from "Magic Duel". Kinda sucks that in the same post, they appear to spoil the third act with a different pic from the episode.

   Yeah, in the clip Trixie is wearing an obviously dark magic-boosting necklace-thing that makes her eyes glow red when she casts a spell. The accompanying pic is obviously from the third act, as Twilight is standing next to Zecora, smugly wearing a green tribal-looking necklace to likely similar effect to Trixie's. One can only assume that Twilight loses the first duel, gets kicked-out of Ponyville, happens upon Zecora since her hut isn't IN Ponyville, and Zecora happens to have some ancient voodoo magic-bullet that Twilight can use to beat Trixie.   

Of course, no spoiler can take away that we're likely to see more epic-worldbuilding in terms of Twilight's repertoire. The promise of seeing exactly how powerful Twilight is at her best and BEYOND after she's been seen putting fucking Hoover Dam back together on her own, is titillating as hell.

Only question is, how's this gonna end for Trixie? Cast out again? Learns the wisdom of friendship and joins the background cast? Surrenders and receives tutelage under Twilight? I'll admit, I'm itching to find out.

Seeing what they showed so far, I would say stay away from any type of spoilers. The G3 Pinkie Pie would have been so much better if it had not been shown in the commercials. And the next episode is likely the most anticipated episode of S3, so save all the surprised for the episodes.

The unexpected love life of Dusk Shine: Manga-styled comic with the same canon story (so far), but with Twilight as a stallion instead. Based on a fanfic.
Sparkles Experiments: Twilight tries magic experiments on her friends, and needless to say they don't end well.

Ah yes, The White Box. Now there is a fic for you. Totally deserves this sort of treatment. I thought the live reading was good, but this is just well... damn.

I thought you'd be someone to appreciate this, Couch. And before Rina-chan worked on this I heard she said she wouldn't do anymore work like this for fanfic stuff. And then she does this and it's just amazing.

I see this person's done some fun crossovers before. I like how he working in the reincarnation bit like in the Sailor Moon series, as well as both season 1 and 2's opening antagonists from MLP. Also, anyone see a crazy relationship with Sailor Jupiter and Applejack? They're both tomboys, both are connected to trees (AJ's caring for wood and Jupiter's name and attacks being wood based), and they both are often depicted as losing their parents (AJ's not being official though, and Jupiter's being canon on and off). In this comic, she also just moved to the setting they're in, just like in the series. Pretty neat to me. Can't wait to see more.

So, I missed two episodes. Anyone else think the Pinkie one was kinda pointless? I mean, I see how it's good to see how they're pretty much poking fun at people who hate Pinkie. But I just didn't enjoy the episode at all. :/
