After years of being in that weird relationship with the USA many of them don't even feel the need to have the right to vote for their president.

But yeah, it would be a lot more fair and democratic to let all American citizens vote. Next up: Guam, American Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands.

Or, instead of dividing up the electoral votes, they could simply abolish electoral college and move to normal voting system.
