Only found a couple legendaries. (Not counting that shield, since it's always the reward.) One was an Infinity pistol (The Dove from 1), the other was a Hellfire.

Think I found the new version of double anarchy, though, just lying around.

Welp, started my second playthrough... and its already so much more fun. Except for armored maniacs, those ruin anyone's day. Cant wait to see how the Goliaths turn out.

Also, guns, glorious guns.

Actually, that sniper rifle was still from my first playthrough. Hit 20k crits with that one. My friend, who plays Zero, managed to get 50+k crits.

I love random luck. I kill Mad Dog to see what legendary he most likes to drop. Got a white pistol. I turn and snap a midget rat in two with my shottie because I just sooooooo enjoy running up there after that guy... Damned midget drops a Baby Maker.

So, the Mechromancer is released ahead of schedule... I gave her a go, but couldnt say I really liked her. Could be because I had to start all over again, and was baffled by having to choose between a shield with 139 capacity and a slightly slower recharge rate, or a 132 shield with somewhat faster recharge speed, while my Siren has over 30k shield.

As for Deathtrap... Eh, feels rather boring to me, since it requires 0% skill. Hell, even Axton has to at least place his turrets somewhere sorta tactical (given how enemies tend to just come right at you).

So guys, I found an E-tech rocket launcher and I have no idea how the hell to use it. It launches energy balls but ?2$%Y*#????

If I fire it at the ground two explosions occur and two rockets are consumed.

If I fire it above the heads of enemies it drops roughly 8 energy bombs and two rocket consumed.

AND if I fire it straight up it launches ... maybe 20-27 energy bombs and 2 rockets are consumed.

I don't know if the energy balls multiply or drop more energy balls but I have currently have no idea how to use it. The energy balls have a small radius of explosion but do a good amount of damage.

E-tech always consumes two shots. As for how to use it, point at enemy, pull trigger. That's all you need to know for this game

And yes, Hiryu technically is "cheating" but you can get those keys from the Gearbox twitter as well, so its not like its impossible to get more

I used to be very mehhh about DLCs in general but recently I feel like they're little gifts for the people who haven't played in a while. You know? Like a reason to come back.

Yeah, I don't mind DLCs much if I can get them with a decent discount, that is. Which I managed to do with the season pass since I got it 50% off.
And I do want the new guy if he's melee, I played Brick on the first one and I loved it. I tanked everything and still put up one hell of a fight.


Gearbox just added some more skins, this time because of Saint Patty's Day this coming weekend. It also comes with a weapon the same level as the first character you load after entering the SHIFT code.

So, have you lot enjoyed the stuff they showed on PAX? I am kinda pissed at the DLC to have 11 extra levels, but I already own it 'cause I have the season pass.
Also, the new vault hunter is just my playstyle. Suicidal maniac, just like Brick. Good thing a dude that went to PAX gave me his free copy of the DLC, since he doesn't own the game.
