Information about this Thread

I figure it would be easier to start with one of our own and also give Bleedman some love

(The following information is from the Bleedman wiki)

Bleedman or ('Vinson Ngo') is the creator of Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi, Grim Tales From Down Below and Sugar Bits. On 12 April 2011

Bleedman announched that the commissions are closed and that the comics continue at Snafu instead of Deviantart.

    Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi

Vinson made a cameo appearance himself when he was seen at the science fair.

    Sugar Bits
It could be possible that the character Homura4evah 219 is based on himself, because of the dark orange/brown shirt and glasses like in his ID.

    Comic Details
As time progress, Bleedman's comics (Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi, The Grim Tales From Down Below and Sugar Bits includes also King of Fighters Doujinshi and continuation for Invader Zim: Manifest Doom ) became better and more detailed. In the first appearance, all characters have black eyes with no pupil and the comics are extremely two dimensional. In the second appearance, the characters have different eye colors but still no pupil, however their arms and legs are slightly larger and the dimension improved a bit. In the third (and possibly final) appearance, their design became more to Griddles's where their eyes now have pupils and their arms and legs have returned to normal size and the details are much better, showing better shadows and three dimensional.

On every April 1st (which is April Fools Day), Bleedman may create special comic pages just for fun which consists of mysterious and crazy plots such as meeting unnecessary characters or changing a character's appearance. However, after the special page is created, the plot will return to normal.

So I'll start this out, I like his work and the speed he draws at I think it's impressive (I'm quite jealous of that) . I do think that many of his character designs could vary a bit more, as their designs tend too look too similar to one another that sometimes it's hard to tell them apart. I really dig his coloring and vehicle/mechanical designs a lot as well as his pencil work over at his DA account.

I remember when the guy was like the most popular artist for a while a few years back and many people were imitating his work which goes to show how popular and influential the guy's work had become. I’ve showed his work once (mostly his Grim Reaper art) to Greg Eagles (the voice of Grim) a few years back when I got to chat with him at Anime Expo and he liked it. From what I understand, even Cartoon Network knows about Bleedman and his work. Heck I would not be surprised if his PPG was the inspiration for the PPG anime. So yeah, Dude’s name is out there.
