To be honest, more people posting rather than waiting is really all that’s needed to get this thing up and running. The thread isn’t going to miraculously explode to life overnight without cumulative input.

Of course, if you're waiting on someone that's hard, but anyone relatively 'free' can start moving towards coalescence with another person's little strand of storyline. The biggest thing holding stuff back at the moment is probably that we're all spaced out, and many people don't really want to write alone for a while before their character crosses paths with another.
