I can't remember how far I got. I remember fighting a giant mosquito and then riding it like it was my bitch. Then nothing. I had Mario 64 roughly the same time and preferred that over Rayman. I'd be lying if I said I missed it because I now own the superior DS version. As for Rayman, my ps one has long passed.

It was pretty great. Tougher than anticipated, but still pretty great.

What threw me was that a completely 2D game swung a full console release. Usually publishers refuse to look at game unless every inche of the landscape has be built pixel by pixel and fully rendered in 3D.
