If you only work traditional media and ms paint is your gateway to digital then i don't know. At least it's better than what mosama can crap, but you'd need to take a course in digital drawing, or at least follow a tutorial.

don't watch the shit on this cross-post from the game league of legends as it relates to the game, but its community moderation program, the "Tribunal".

Think about what ideas we can take from their ideas - several of which we have half-implemented by default - that are based in the community wanting to help itself. Notice that there is a "ranking" system, and by default, there IS seniority and a "caste" or "class" system by ranking the accuracy and involvement of contributing members.

If it's open to all people and not just Mods and Gold Members then the Bias level will be low and a Tribunal system could be enforced fairly and swiftly. I would like to be a part of it, I want to help the forum in any way.

The tribunal system works for league of legends because to belong in it you must be level 20, something that may not seem like much for some, but it does take a good deal of time and effort. Making something like that available to everyone by default is not a good idea, specially when we have people that could be classified as clinically insane, extremist and radical.
