Maybe for once, people might just understand the concept of participate before you begin mutilating the idea thread with not-so-cool ideas.

Noobies do not and have never in the history of the internet read stickies before being pointed there after doing something wrong though... just saiyan.

Noobs, no. But newbs do, at times. And it'd also be a bit easier to just redirect them to one thread instead of telling them to read the rules, then have to explain the normal guidelines for creating RPs. So it would still have purpose, even if not many of them ever read it initially.
