Is there any ground rules about how each subforum is going to look, like are all of them going to have the same framework and then just different colors or are they going to be completely different from the groundup?

If the changes are going to be made I think they will be properly consulted and ran by the userbase.

We will rename it to Queen Lily's penis forum, and make the looks stylised on a mix of all the avs/sigs you've ever used.

And the rules will say that a picture of your penis is required in your sig to be permitted to post.

to soulchild: let's remove individual customization in favor of multiple style-sheets for individual forums.

If we really want to consider individual customization, I would limit it to User Control Panel styles, and I do not think I have the knowledge or "founder" administration permissions to actually allow for that kind of customization, especially being 7 software versions behind what we should be.

A software upgrade could just completely FUBAR the forum. It's all ready happened once, I DO NOT want to see it happen again. This is potentially a modified version of phpBB 2 with a few add ons. There could be a possibility of needing to convert some databases as well.
