CSS stylesheets. I heard you want them.

I poked around and saw you guys wanted a style sheet makeover. If anyone could make a paint mockup of what they wanted, perhaps I could make it a reality.

We already got people working on that, but feel free to make some on your own if you want and show them to us. Maybe yours is better than mine and asmo's and stuff's and shit.

I don't really see the point then if you've got three or more people spread out.

I was gonna be a cool guy and help, hoping to be invited into the circle of people who I've always had discussions with. Not sure if want.

No one has even given me an answer about a color scheme though.

ok I don't know how to make a mock up, but I've chosen colors and where they should go? maybe someone could make a mock up of that and see how it looks.

With the same background colour?
"Suddenly Frodo noticed that a strange-looking weather-beaten man, sitting in the shadows near the wall, was also listening intently to the hobbit-talk. He had a tall tankard in front of him, and was smoking a long-stemmed pipe curiously carved. His legs were stretched out before him, showing high boots of supple leather that fitted him well, but had seen much wear and were now caked with mud. A travel-stained cloak of heavy dark-green cloth was drawn close about him, and in spite of the heat of the room he wore a hood that overshadowed his face; but the gleam of his eyes could be seen as he watched the hobbits."

yes

red on black is tough to read, don't know what I was thinking with a straight black. a dark grey would be best, like what we've got going on right now.

Hmm, I think just changing the purples with different colours is a good way to go.

The current "grey" background colors are actually slightly bluish, giving a "cool grey" effect. If the purples get switched out for reds, it might be preferable to use "warm greys" with a slight reddish or orangish tint.

Stop automatically assuming people are disagreeing with you or something

Once you guys actually settle down on these submissions, consider them for multiple forums, especially in what is right now considered "Misc" which might change.

a gaming scheme for the game forum, art and literature could have a classy feel, and spam could I dunno have nyancats barfed out of otters hugging while a lolcat attempts to assassinate them with morpheous meme quotes

also, create "mock-up" photos of your style sheets, too. They'll look shitty, but that's ok! we're experimenting.

Perhaps a pastel-color or cotton-candy theme for the Bleedforum? Like light pink and light blue or light green. It would fit what with PPGD and SB and the ponies.
