This is probably a phase of HIM because in WHAM in Mimi's memory he looked normal and now it's sometime later and he looks like a boogeyman from the PPG, luckily he changes back later into his suit.

Mina and the Count was a short cartoon that showed on nickelodeon and cartoon network. It was pretty good. U should search it at YouTube so that u can watch the episodes. I think there's 7 episodes and each on lasts 7 minutes just to let u know.
