Rules:
1. No stealing. I mean ABSOLUTELY no stealing. If I catch wind of a member stealing from another member, I will do anything within my power (which is quite a lot) to find out who did the stealing and shit down their throats.
2. No griefing! At all! This means no blowing up people's areas, no destroying people's areas, no starting massive fires, no setting off large quantities of TNT, no placing lava in mass quantity. Don't TOUCH anyone else's area unless they have given you full permission to do so. Rule of thumb: If you fuck it up, you clean it or you're out.
3. Please no using items that effect the entire world. Tekkit gives access to a whole host of new items and powers. Amongst these powers are the abilities to control the time and the weather. Unless consent has been given from every person present in the world you're in, don't use these items.

Useful commands:
/mvtp (allows you to teleport to a world of your choice)
/sethome and /home (sets a place for you to teleport to and allows you to teleport to it!)
/motd (shows the Message of the Day, most of the time updating you on recent happenings on the server.)

Recent updates:
Just to let you guys know, the main world is now a creative world. This is due to instances of griefing and stealing (I am currently working on getting LogBlock installed to prevent these things happening in the future), but not to worry! Two other worlds have been created. One for working on an adventure map (simply called AdventureMap), and the other for straight up survival {called Surviville). Just type /mvtp and then the name of the world to teleport to them!

I'll give you guys a couple days to move stuff over to the new survival world, but after that, I'm making it so items can't be transferred across worlds, so make it snappy!

In this server, I'm actually putting together a nuclear reactor. And I have no idea if it will EXPLODE.

I have to say, Tekkit is one of the best mod packs out there.

I get the same problem. You're going to need to download the .jar, rather than the .exe, and run it with Java directly.

This is a very good server.

People are friendly and helpful, and you can have your own space.

I recommend it to anyone who enjoys the game.

Haven't played Minecraft in forever, might try Tekkit. I liked most of the mods that make it up, so...

You know, it never says on the site, what version of Minecraft does it use?

Me, Sable, and a friend of his built a block of 1000 nukes, and then made a trail of nukes.

Needless to say, the entire desert biome is destroyed.

So, like, where could I find the .jar? The .exe refuses to work with me.
Also, how does the .jar work, exactly?

You can download the .jar here. All you need to do is run it directly with Java and it should be good to go. You're looking for a program called Java Platform SE Binary.

Keeps failing.

Frankly, I've tried near everything I can think of, with both the .exe and the .jar. Tried the support sections, questions, google, ect. I've turned off the firewall, redownloaded it and java a few times, nothing. Download pauses a few perecent into the minecraft.jar download, almost always.

I tried once and it downloaded that, actually, but then it froze up on the next download, some 1.3.1-1.2.5 patch thing.

Is there a chance I could wholesale copy files from a friend of mine and have that work?

So yeah, it worked. Could I get, like, permission for it? Can't seem to affect blocks.

Also, if no one else has, I think I want the volcanic island in the south west, and the island south of that. Might make a neat ocean volcano liar.

You just can't affect blocks within the spawn area. I'll turn that off, though.

Also, as far as I know, no one has taken the island volcano.

Though, if they have, there's currently three other rendered volcanoes on the map.

Sorry about not being around recently Yog, Guild Wars 2 came out and it's been taking up a lot of my time. I'll see if I can fit in some time to touch up around the lair soon, I hope. Just got so many games on my plate recently.

Man, Equivalent Exchange is so overpowered. So. It takes a couple of days to get to basically infinite basic resources, and a bit more to reach the equivalent of creative mode. Apparently there's a 3 coming, which will be rebalanced, so I'm holding out for that.

No, no, no. I had no lag whatsoever.
The problem is, my computer doesn't seem to like minecraft launchers unless it's Vanilla. Therefore, I have around 10 fps tops if I use another.
