I wouldn't go as far as to call it that because there are various details that were lazed out, like the raindrops only hitting the outlines of the characters instead of the surfaces the raindrops should have hit, or the blatant copy pasting of water ripples and the lack of detailing on ginger and those "creature things from out of nowhere" compared to the detailing on licorice's hair, which looks good.
