Lastly, Bleed may not care but I'll say it anyway. Pachinko machines are Japanese games related to both pinball and slot machines. I assume that images such as those in the link would be on a top screen like ones over here. I was kinda pissed when I saw a video for what I thought was a remake of an old Castlevania game, when like here, it was actually a Pachislot (essentially Japanese slot machine) game.

Mina is from a cartoon short from... Oh yeah cartoons from nick and the better one fro cartoon network (which came first..).. I can't remember the name though! It's the one that showcased powerpuff girls, etc as shorts.

They're pretty close to the dracula book. Mist form, physical transformations etc. I don't think she's a werewolf (or.. wasn't related to one in the show) I think she's just transforming to something with claws.

She's not a half-breed werewolf anything.

In original vampire lore, vampires had the ability to turn into wolves. She is, for all intents and purposes a pure vampire. That said, I'm assuming the Count must've turned her at some point, since it was a kid's show, and a short for that matter. It never got to that point.
