Something about the way Otto's hairline is drawn from the back on this page bothers me, and I'm having a hard time putting my finger on why.

I think it's because in his original CN incarnation it appears that what little hairline he has starts from the back of his head, and this page has more of a Charlie Brown style hairline.

@punzil: Or maybe it bothers you because in this page he's practically completely bald. You can't even see his frontal tuft of hair, it IS there, but it's so darkened and the color is so similar to the color of the background doctors panicking that you cannot spot the difference between the background elements and the dude's hair, and worst of all the contrast between said background and Otto is huge because of his clear skin color, so he definitely looks bald there.

Right, because since they're both kids in this comic it's creepy that there's an age gap between them, a non existent one at that because in this comic, olga's around the same age as bubbles, which would set her at the same age as blossom. Therefore, by your conclusion, Dexter's relationship with blossom is also creepy.

EDIT: Also yes, canonically there might be an age gap, but anyone saying this comic follows canon completely with a straight face deserves a loud belly laugh.

It would be befitting to the moment, yes. And although I have to admit I find it rather cute (hell, I sometimes catch myself unconsciously rooting for their love!), I simply can't shake off the feeling that this is simply CREEPY.
