Two things:
A. I apparently was right about Dynamo's right arm missing, but why? Am I missing something from the show?

She needs Rolling Bubbles's Reflector Scepter (this is what I call her staff. Because it rhymes). Which of the Powerpuffs has Ice Breath again? But then, I'd figure Bubbles should be able to freeze the Cluster's servos with her sonic-based attack.

Hmm. How tightly is Olga holding on to Dexter's hand (and how is he supposed to fight with her holding on)?

A room full of scientists... yes, they should be able to think of something. Where's the OWACA's Replicatinator when you need it (to make all of Phineas and Ferb's gadgets again)? Agent P, where are you?

Okay, at this point I might settle for Scooby.

Dynamo received great damage by the PPG. After she was shut down she was probably put in the hangar without repairing. (it would've been useful if she was repaired)

I knew that was gonna happen. The cluster takes over every foreighn machine they get close to. However i did not expect them all to evacuate to and underground bunker i thought it was a way to outside. Bubbles is gonna have to fight the monster head on, and I am pretty sure they arnt but it oddly seems liek dexter is holding Olga's hand.

I agree with the legion idea.

Bubbles is is stronger then that but, it never kicks in until she gets angry. The only problem it would be difficult to have a fight with all thoses people trapped in that enclosed space.
