he did have quite a set of balls for a few minutes there ;D

Mandy is a strategic , calculating, cold person. she looks at things in black and white , she doesnt let emotional attachments cloud her judgement. everything she does is to serve a purpose towards her own motives. including having supernatural/powered children

so if you look at the facts from just a Mandy point of view. we see in the begining
Minnie: was the child of highest potetntial. excelling, in academics, singing, acting, music, eitquette, combat/ stratgedy. excellent courage and determination her powers manifested early and she possessed great mastery over them. so she was the best specimen/candidate/heir watever
JR: average in academics, average intelligence, easily frightnedn no notable talents, no powers (reapers depend on scythe for most thier power but thier can be only 1 Death/grim reaper at a time. full power requiers the Original scythe). overall not best choice for an heir.

but after the events of halloween town this all changed.
Minnie: no powers, reduced to eternal ragdoll body, will never reach adult hood or any physical Prime , less emotionally stable, no further potential
JR: now a powerful hybrid, possess nergal powers along with basic soul manipulation from reaper powers, has almost full control, developed courage, earned moms respect, still has potential to advance, will become a powerful succcesor.
Conclusion. Mandy is more inclined to favor Jr. over Minnie

The symbiote was being sneaky with Peter. He'd been wearing it for a long time (years?) before he finally realized that it was making him act more aggressively, corrupting him, and even controlling his body while he slept. He also does not seem to have realized that it was darkly sentient, or he would have done a better job making sure Reed had it secured all the time. He also would probably not have gone to a cloth version of the same costume.

With Brock and Gargan the symbiote did not need to hide anything. They were more hateful and full of darkness, so the symbiote brought that out almost right away.

With Flash we see a lot less of the Venom voice, because the symbiote is usually under control. Occasionally, though, we get some old-fashioned Venom incidents. There are some very good reasons for him to be on the Secret Avengers.

The symbiote and its host are never on equal terms for Venom because one is always controlling the other, while feeding on his hate. If you want equality, you'd probably have to go with Cletus Cassidy and Carnage: Cassidy is about as insane as the symbiote itself. The bonding is so close they say 'I' instead of 'we.'

Junior and his Nergal definitely look like a 'we.'

Randomly, I love Junior head-to-head with his Nergal side in that last panel. I'm not sure why, it just made me giggle.

I guess, but Cassidy made the symbiote insane with his personality, cause those symbiotes, besides the venom one, take on the traits of its host so that it will become on the same equal level.
